I am a local artist based in Devon inspired by our beautiful landscape, coast and meadows. I paint mostly with my fingers all my work is original and produce only a very limited number of quality prints . My work uses elements of impressionism with mainly mixed media acrylics with some hand made clay flowers and often bright and bold pigments which create energy, drama and depth. I am inspired by the breathtaking powerful colours as the sun rises and falls during the year, the deep blue of a magical summers day, the meadows and fields in spring and summer and the intensity of the moon and stars at night.
Recently I have added a “green consciousness” range of original paintings where I work on upcycled canvas . I also take a number of commissions per year and have paintings exhibited across the Country
All paintings are signed by me with the painting wrapped around the edges so no need to frame and ready to hang
